Terms of Use
Plain terms for a small site. Using it means you are happy with what follows.
What this site is
A catalogue of Snuggle Buddies plush toys with descriptions, measurements, prices and opinions. It is published for information. It is not a shop, and no contract of sale is formed with us at any point.
Snuggle Buddies is a brand of Addo Play Ltd. We are not Addo Play, we do not speak for them, and nothing here should be read as a statement from the manufacturer.
Accuracy
We check sizes, prices and descriptions and we correct errors when we find them or when they are reported. We cannot guarantee that every figure is right at the moment you read it — prices change, listings change, stock changes. The partner store's listing is the authoritative source at the point of purchase.
Opinions on this site are opinions. Where we say a toy is the best choice for a baby or the wrong choice for travel, that is our judgement after handling it, not a specification.
Safety information
Age markings quoted here come from the manufacturer. Guidance we give about cots and safe sleep reflects general public-health advice in the United States and is not medical advice. For anything concerning your own child, your paediatrician is the right person to ask.
Supervise young children with any toy. That is not legal boilerplate, it is simply true.
Content and links
Text and page design on this site are ours. Product photographs, brand artwork, character names and the Snuggle Buddies name belong to their owners and are used here to describe the products. Customer comments belong to the people who wrote them and are reproduced unaltered.
Links take you to a partner store. Once you are there, their terms apply to everything that follows.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from relying on information here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
These rules get rewritten whenever the fort changes shape, and whatever you can read right here today is what we hold ourselves to today.
