Postal mail reaches us at Blanket Fort Press, 418 Larimer Street, Suite 220, Denver, CO 80202. It is slower, but it works, and we have had two very nice letters.

What we can help with

Anything about the range itself. Which Snuggle Buddy suits a particular age, how two characters differ, what a toy actually measures, whether a set is better value than the singles, how to wash one that has been through a dryer. We have handled all 41 and we are happy to be asked.

Corrections too. If a size, a price or a description on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it the same week. We would much rather hear it from you than leave it standing.

What we cannot help with

We cannot look up an order, change a delivery address, process a return or replace a faulty toy, because none of those happen here. Orders are placed with the partner store that carries the range, and their customer service handles all of it — they are considerably faster at it than we would be.

We also cannot tell you when something out of stock will come back. We see the same listing you do.

If you have written and not heard back inside a week, write again. It means we missed it, not that we ignored it.
