Delivery, Returns and Warranty

Short version: all of it is handled by the partner store you order from, not by us.

Where the order actually goes

This is a catalogue. When you use the button on a product page you are taken to the partner store's own listing for that plush toy, and the order is placed there. Your payment details, your address and your order history all live with them, and we never see any of it.

That also means the price at checkout is the authoritative one. We refresh prices here regularly, but a listing can change between our refresh and your visit.

Delivery

Delivery times, shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are set by the partner store and shown at checkout before you pay. They vary by location and by how the particular item is fulfilled, so we deliberately do not quote figures here — a number we published would be wrong for someone.

Tracking, delivery notifications and redelivery are all handled through your account with them.

Returns

Returns run under the partner store's returns policy, through their returns process, within their window. Start from your order in your account there. If a plush toy arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, that is the fastest route to a replacement — considerably faster than going through us.

We cannot open, track or escalate a return on your behalf, and anyone who tells you otherwise is not us.

Warranty and faults

Manufacturing faults — a seam that opens, embroidery that pulls — are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and handled through the store you bought from. Keep the order confirmation; it is the only proof of purchase anyone will ask for.

Ordinary wear from being carried every day is not a fault, and no warranty covers it. It is also, in our view, the best possible outcome for a plush toy.

If you are unsure which store your order went to, the confirmation email will say. We are not on it, because we were not part of it.
